Abstract

Currently, it is perceived that the new configurations of work permeate the relationships of professional and family life, thus, we can define work-family conflict as a form of conflict between roles in which the pressures of the work and family domains are mutually incompatible in some way. level. The objective of this work was to analyze the national and international production on the work-family conflict in public security, based on an integrative review. Searches were performed using Publish or Perish software during the last two decades. After applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, 39 articles were analyzed. The non-parametric Mann-Kendall trend test was used to identify the tendency for production to increase or decrease. The results indicate a predominance of publications in the US with growth of studies in India. It is concluded that there is an increase in publications on the subject, considering the discovery of its relevance for the investigated population.
