CONFLICTO TRABAJO-FAMILIA EN SEGURIDAD PÚBLICA
UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA

Actualmente, se percibe que las nuevas configuraciones del trabajo permean las relaciones de la vida laboral y familiar, por lo tanto, podemos definir el conflicto trabajo-familia como una forma de conflicto entre roles en que las presiones de los dominios del trabajo y de la familia son mutuamente incompatibles en algún nivel. El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar la producción nacional e internacional sobre el conflicto trabajo-familia en la seguridad pública, a partir de una revisión integradora. Las búsquedas se realizaron utilizando el programa informático Publish or Perish, durante las dos últimas décadas. Después de aplicar criterios de inclusión y exclusión, se analizaron 39 artículos. Se utilizó la prueba no paramétrica de tendencia de Mann-Kendall para identificar la tendencia de crecimiento o disminución de la producción. Los resultados indican un predominio de publicaciones en los EE.UU. con un aumento en el número de estudios en la India. Conclui-se que há um crescimento das publicações da temática, considerando a descoberta da sua relevância para a população investigada.
